Cheesy Chicken

Today was a new recipe for me.  Not sure if I will like it, but we'll see....

First I washed my hands....
Then I help mommy wash the chicken, then I had to pat it dry

Then I put the breadcrumbs and the parmesan cheese in a bowl and mixed it together.

Then I dipped the chicken in a bowl of melted butter

After that I place the chicken in the bowl that had the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese in it.  Made sure I covered the chicken completely.

I then place the chicken on a lightly oiled pan.

After all that I'm ready to put it in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes!

Well...30 minutes later I tried the cheesy chicken....

I give it 2 thumbs up!

Chocolate Chip Cookies!

Today I made Chocolate Chip Cookies.  My Grandma and I make them all the time when I spend the night at her house.  Tonight, my mom and I used a different recipe.

1st I washed my hands

2nd I preheated the oven to 325 degrees

3rd I mixed the ingredients together

After I cooked them, I ate one.
It was yummy!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

2 Cups Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
3/4 Cup Butter (Melted)
1 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup White Sugar
1 1/2 Tablespoons Vanilla Extract
1 Egg
1 Egg Yolk
2 Cups Chocolate Chip Cookies

Preheat oven 325 Degrees.  Sift together flour, baking soda & salt.  Set aside.
In a bowl blend together butter, brown sugar & white sugar until well mixed.
Beat in vanilla, egg & egg yolk until light.  Fold in the sifted ingredients until just blended.  Fold in chips.  Drop cookie dough 1/8 -1/4 cup at a time onto greased pan, 2 inches apart.  Bake 15-17 minutes.  Cool on a baking rack.
